How it works

Currency rates are published daily by central banks. NBU publishes ~15:00 Kyiv time, ECB publishes ~16:00 CET. Our worker checks the source once per day at 06:00 UTC, compares with yesterday's snapshot, and fires a webhook if the value moved beyond 0.5%.
